Object of passion no.1; Mutsumi Hinoura’s Nakiri (vegetable knife). Mutsumi is the 4th generation of the famous Hinoura from Sanyo. Made from super pure Shirogami White Paper steel as a core, and a soft iron Kurouchi style hammered cladding to aid with food release. ⁣The handle is made from burnt Chestnut and water buffalo horn ferrule.
